Card, Cash, Venmo. There is a $5 fee added when you pay with a card.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take health insurance. I do bill for auto insurance for claims due to an auto accident. If you have health insurance that covers out of network providers, I can give you a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Do you take HSA or  FSA cards?

Yes, but I can't charge your card a tip, so if you'd like to leave a tip please bring cash or pay tip via venmo.

How early should I arrive to my session?

No earlier than 5 minutes. If you arrive before that please wait in your car. Do not knock on the door of Ambers office when it is closed.

What happens in Ambers office stays in Ambers office! If you need information from your sessions to be shared with other healthcare providers you will need to give Amber permission.
