Amber Cook, LMT
Since 2003, Amber has been dedicated to nurturing the bodies and minds of her clients as a skilled massage therapist. Each massage session is tailored to her clients needs, using a variety of techniques. As a Reiki Master and Certified Somatic Healing Professional, she combines her extensive experience to support others on their deeper healing journey.
Ambers Story
Amber Grew up in Kodiak, AK and moved to Portland in 2003 to become a massage therapist after her mom convinced her she had "healing hands". Working in the travel industry and telecommunications, she dreamt about to be a social worker; but after becoming a single mom at a young age, found going back to school for years a daunting task....so she decided massage school was a better option to start her on her helping career sooner.

Amber instantly found a love for helping other through massage therapy; adding Reiki to her tool box and opening her practice in Wilsonville, OR as soon as she was licensed. Since 2004 she has been helping people of all ages across the Portland Metro feel better. She even ventured worldwide for a few years via The DragonFly Connection - a weekly podcast focused on holistic healing and healing stories. You can listen to past episodes HERE.

Someday, when she's done raising kids she'd like to start a new podcast. But, that's a few more years away!
In 2024 Amber began working on a course for Somatic Healing, and was certified in 2025. During that time she also became skilled in using trauma informed care to support all her clients better. She is now able to help others delve even deeper into the mind-body connection, improving their health and lives on a deeper level. As a complex trauma survivor herself, she found profound healing through somatic therapies and energy medicine - sparking her passion to help others with (C)PTSD and other trauma induced symptoms.
Amber is warm, caring, easy to talk to, and has a gift for making others feel relaxed and comfortable just being near her. In her free time, Amber enjoys yoga, hiking, exploring the country, making delicious gluten free food, laughing with her girlfriends, and spending quality time with her husband, adult son, and teenage daughter.

Oh!....and, after having offices all over the Metro Area, she landed back in Wilsonville! Her office is easy to find near Costco. By appointment only.
